These sessions help you to dive deeper into how you can de-stress and calm your emotions using a more holistic approach to your emotional challenges alongside your traditional care route with aromatherapy, breathwork, tapping, meditation, etc.

My intention is to help you build your own resilience without relying on apps and

electronics to empower you to use self-help methods on the spot when you are

feeling challenged, anxious, angry, stressed, or overwhelmed. 

Whether you are experiencing these emotions, work with those who are emotionally stretched, or you may know someone who needs a helping hand. Our goal is to show you alternative methods to help bring you relief.
