Aromatherapy is a holistic modality that has been around for
thousands of years at many different capacities. With the careful use
of 100% therapeutic grade essential oils and other organic plant oils
such as carriers we use them via inhalation; topically to address
your emotional and physical needs. We aim to restore and improve
the mind body connection.
(Poetic Energy does not specialize in the ingestion of essential oils).
Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissue such
as muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and skin. The use
of different techniques and at times tools are used in the sessions
with the overall goal to promote better wellbeing. This is to be done
by a licensed professional only. Please refer to your state’s regulations.
At poetic energy we aim to combine the two modalities that have
been scientifically proven to lower stress levels, improve your
posture and range of motion, as well as promote better rest. We aim
to support those with high levels of stress manifested in the body
causing physical limitations. Our goal is to soothe your central
nervous system, motivate you with all your wins no matter how big
or small, and empower you to function higher in your daily
activities. We look forward to helping you activate and operate in
